Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Be sure that before use, customers are fully charging the battery. There is an included USB-C cable for charging that is in the accessory pack in conjunction with the quick start guide

2. Please make sure customers have the up to date software and version of Bluetooth downloaded to their device

3. Bluetooth performance and connectivity can vary based on the environment in which it is being used. For best performance Be sure that there is minimal interference (doors, walls, and so on) between this speaker and the device transmitting Bluetooth

4. On the back of the speaker there is a USB-A connection that customers can connect their device to so as to use the CHARGE4 as battery. This will be the charging port
